CLIMB
WALLS, TOWERS, POLES
Climbing is what many people think of first when they think of adventure sport.
Artificial walls come in a dazzling array of styles, cost is largely dependent on size which is usually measured in m2, the materials and complexity of the wall, and the hold coverage.
We focus on outdoor structures, for your clients to have their first experince of climbing or abseiling.
- We build the walls from structural treated pine – we do not use plywood, as it only last 5 years outdoors.
- We do not use fibreglass as it is very expensive, poison for the environment, and unpleasant for people installing it.

PRODUCT: CLIMBING POLES
THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO BUILD A CLIMBING ACTIVITY
CLIMBING POLES are holds attached onto timber telegraph poles, they are long lasting , simple to operate an maintain, access for rescues and pre use checks is integrated.
3 , 4 or more timber poles placed in the same area form a climbing GROVE, a whole new activity base, we can grade the climbs from easy to difficult. Arrange all of the climbs in the same area to simplify supervision. Then one trained staff member can supervise a climbing GROVE from the ground.
-
Each climbing pole:
- Is freestanding
- Sits 11.5 meters out of the ground
- Is fitted with staples and vertical safety system for instructor access
- Is equipped with 40 holds on 1 side.
- In an EDUCATION setting, where instructors are seeking, trust & responsibility outcomes, climbers may be attached to a standard ‘asissted’ belay system, they will be protected by a skilled belayer on the ground. Or perhaps even the whole team in a group haul, and add the “Team Belay Post” for introducing the skills of belaying.
- Can also be fitted with auto belay units.
